About Move In / Move Out Cleaning.

Ideally after your movers are done and the unit is empty, but at least 24 hours before your final walkthrough. This gives us access to every surface and lets you or your landlord verify our work. Same-day booking is sometimes available for urgent needs.

We vacuum thoroughly, but carpet shampooing is a specialized service we don't offer. We work with a trusted local carpet cleaner and can coordinate scheduling if needed.

We stand behind our move-out cleans. If a landlord identifies specific cleaning issues within 24 hours of our visit, we'll return at no charge to address them. This has happened only a handful of times in our history — and each time we made it right.

For move-in cleans we prefer an empty space, but if that's not possible we can work around unopened boxes. We just need clear access to surfaces, cabinets, and appliances.
